Who I AM

Hello! Welcome to my website! My name is Gang Zhu. Now, I am a third-year PhD candidate in curriculum and instruction at University of Houston. I am supervised by Dr. Cheryl Craig. Currently, I serve as Dr. Cameron White's research assistant. As an educational scholar, my research foci intersect between pre-service teachers' professional identities and field experiences. As a dynamic presenter at national and international conferences, I disseminate my research on a regular basis. Up to now, I have published about 10 journal articles in both English and Chinese.

My long-term goal is to work as a faculty member in a college or university. I want to advance the knowledge boundary of teaching and teacher education. Also, I am interested in pre-service and beginning teachers' professional identities in shifting landscape.
